Dr. Noren Pan
Dr. Pan, co-founded MicroLink Devices in 2000 and currently serves as President of MicroLink Devices UK Ltd and MicroLink Devices INC.
His previous position was Chief Scientist of Kopin. Dr. Pan received a Ph.D. from the University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign in 1988. He has published more than 60 scientific papers. He is a senior member of IEEE and was inducted to the Chicago Entrepreneurial Hall of Fame in 2007.
Mr. Ray Chan
Mr. Chan Joined MicroLink Devices in October 2008. Previously, Mr. Chan worked at TriQuint Semiconductor in Hillsboro, Oregon, where he was responsible for the development and sustaining of various sputtered metal deposition processes and electroplate activities. Mr. Chan was a project leader for the development and production ramp of CuSn pillar bump technologies on 150 mm and 200 mm wafers for flip-chip assembly and packaging. Mr. Chan received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1995 and 1996.
Mr. Andy Morgan
Andy is an established board executive, with a strong pedigree founded in both large corporate and high growth SME ventures. The combination gives a good insight into the challenges of business growth at all stages of development. Andy has a background in Aerospace and Defence, and high-tech industries. He was CFO and Head of Corporate Operations for Airbus Group UK, with responsibility for all financial, commercial and governance issues. He was responsible for Key Supplier Engagement activities with UK Government and created a not-for-profit research foundation jointly with Welsh Government. He also had executive responsibility for the Innovation Works (group-wide early-stage R&T) in the UK.
Julie Fazackerley
Julie currently serves as CEO of MicroLink Devices UK Ltd and joined the company in February 2022. Julie has extensive knowledge in Technology Management and has a strong background in defence and military aircraft from her time working within the production and manufacturing areas at BAE Systems. Previous roles have included leading the R&D programme for PHASA-35 solar-powered HALE aircraft and leading the acceptance and trading of Typhoon and Hawk aircraft into export customers in the Middle East.
