MicroLink Devices UK Ltd is an exciting, dynamic new business specializing in the design, development, and manufacture of advance solar arrays for spacecraft, aircraft, and terrestrial applications.  Based on the manufacturing process first developed at its Chicago, US facility, MicroLink Devices UK is establishing a high-volume solar cell fabrication facility in Baglan Bay, Wales.  The company possesses a core competence in the manufacture and assembly of ultralightweight, high efficiency epitaxial lift-off (ELO) inverted metamorphic (IMM) solar cells which represent the highest specific power solar technology available.  With a limited number of firms meeting the increasing demand for high performance solar cells, MicroLink Devices UK’s outlook is very promising.
