20 cm2 IMM Solar Cell
This cell is an InGaP/GaAs/InGaAs Inverted Metamorphic (IMM) triple junction solar cell offering the worlds highest specific power. These cells have demonstrated efficiencies of up to 32.5% under AM1.5 illumination. These cells are available as a laminated array.
