MicroLink Devices’ Space Array incorporates Triple-junction IMM solar cells into a high packing density array with flexible radiation protection and space-grade interconnects and bypass diodes.  In addition, they come with a flexible silicon RTV substrate for ease of integration into your platform.

  • Fully encapsulated, with space-grade welded interconnects, bypass and blocking diodes.
  • Mass density 400 - 700 g/m².
  • Sheet size, layout, and electrical characteristics are customisable to meet customer requirements.
