IMM Space Solar Cell
This cell is an InGaP/GaAs/InGaAs Inverted Metamorphic (IMM) triple junction solar cell offering the worlds highest specific power. These cells have the same distinct features as the 20cm² HALE cell, but are optimised for space applications. They have demonstrated efficiencies of >30% (AM0) under AM0 illumination.
